Evaluation Rubric
The technical criteria used to assess each project submitted for accreditation.
About the evaluation process
Documents required for the formal evaluation may vary depending on the international competition the team wishes to participate in.
Stage 1 consists of an initial evaluation via video call, where the team presents their project in its current state of development. No specific document structure is required at this stage.
If the project is accredited, the evaluator will provide recommendations and the document requirements for the corresponding international competition. These requirements are part of the Stage 2 preparation process.

20 Evaluation Criteria
Clarity in Problem Statement
We evaluate how clearly and precisely the research problem is defined, delimited, and communicated. A strong problem statement anchors the entire project.
Up-to-date Theoretical Framework
We assess the quality, recency, and relevance of academic and scientific sources that support the theoretical foundation of the project.
Coherence Between Objectives and Hypothesis
We evaluate whether the research objectives, hypothesis, and methodology are logically aligned — forming a coherent investigation chain.
Methodological Rigor
We assess whether the research method is well-defined, appropriate for the problem, includes control measures, and could be replicated by another researcher.
Analysis of Results and Conclusions
We evaluate whether data was analyzed rigorously, results are logically interpreted, and conclusions are supported by evidence rather than personal opinion.
