We evaluate how effectively the presenter manages the allotted presentation time — covering all key content without rushing or exceeding the limit.

Common Mistakes

  • Spending too long on the background and rushing the results
  • Not practicing with a timer
  • Adding slides the night before without adjusting timing
  • Stopping mid-sentence when time is called

How to Get 5 Points

  • Time yourself at least 3 times before the real presentation
  • Assign approximate minutes to each section
  • Have a backup plan if you run over
  • Know which content to skip if you're running short on time
