Nature of Services
e‑Xpectrum Company is a private and independent academic evaluation and accreditation entity.
- Is not an organizer of international competitions.
- Does not replace official selection processes.
- Does not guarantee acceptance, ranking, awards or results.
- Does not act as a decision-making authority for third-party events.
Accreditation constitutes a private academic validation based on internal criteria.
Service Structure
The model operates in two independent stages:
Stage 1 — e‑Xpectrum Evaluation
$1,200 MXN per teamMaximum 3 students and 1 mentor
Includes:
- Technical review.
- Standardized internal rubric evaluation.
- Innovation and impact assessment.
- Structured evaluation report.
Non-Refund Policy
Once payment is completed and the review process begins, there are no:
- Refunds
- Cancellations
- Transfers
- Rescheduling
- Exceptions
The evaluation fee covers professional review services regardless of outcome. Evaluation does not guarantee accreditation.
Stage 2 — e‑Xpectrum Accreditation
$2,500 MXN per teamOnly for teams meeting the internal benchmark
Includes:
- Official Accreditation Certificate.
- Institutional letter addressed to the specified event.
- Authorization to use the official e‑Xpectrum distinction.
- Strategic international projection guidance.
Accreditation Validity
- Issued for a specific competition or event explicitly stated in the official letter.
- Valid from the issuance date until the official conclusion of that event.
- Not transferable to other editions or competitions.
- Does not imply institutional affiliation.
- If the team chooses not to participate, accreditation expires upon the official end of the referenced event.
Non-Refund Policy
Once accreditation documentation has been issued, there are no:
- Refunds
- Cancellations
Participation Requirements
- Recommended age: 10 to 24 years.
- Maximum 3 students per project.
- 1 mandatory advisor per project.
- Each student may only participate in one active project.
- Advisors may be linked to multiple projects.
Originality & Plagiarism
All projects must be original. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Copying or reproducing prior research from third parties.
- Purchasing projects from any source.
- Using copyrighted material without explicit authorization.
- Submitting work created by others as one’s own.
Any evidence of plagiarism will result in immediate disqualification without refund.
Ethics & Safety
Projects involving the following are strictly prohibited:
- Hazardous or flammable substances.
- Live biological material.
- Human or animal organs or tissue.
- Weapons of any kind.
- Any materials considered illegal.
e‑Xpectrum reserves the right to reject any project deemed risky, inappropriate, or contrary to ethical principles.
Institutional Independence
Payment to e‑Xpectrum:
- Is not a competition registration fee.
- Does not replace official entry processes.
- Does not include external event fees.
Participants must register directly with external organizations.
External Competition Applications
Application, payment, participation and outcomes are solely the participant's responsibility. e‑Xpectrum does not control third-party decisions, calendars or policies.
Intellectual Property
Projects remain the intellectual property of their authors. e‑Xpectrum may reference accredited teams for institutional promotion but does not acquire exploitation rights over any project.
Limitation of Liability
e‑Xpectrum is not responsible for:
- External competition outcomes.
- Visa denials.
- Event cancellations.
- Third-party financial losses.
Ethical Conduct
Accreditation may be revoked in cases of fraud, plagiarism or misconduct, without refund.
Re-evaluation
Re-evaluation may be requested through an additional payment. It does not guarantee a favorable outcome.
Media Consent
By accepting these terms, participants authorize e‑Xpectrum to use the following for institutional promotional purposes:
- Name
- Image
- Project excerpts
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico.
